How Does it Work?
We offer rentals for the following time periods: 7/14/30/90/180 days. If you are interested in a different rental period, which is not offered, do not hesitate to contact us: email@example.com There is also an option to extend the rental period (considering the product's availability): You can contact us before the end of the rental period and ask for extending. Also, a few days before the end of the rental period you'll receive a text from us, reminding you the rental period is about to end and will offer you the option to extend.
We take great care to clean and inspect all of our pieces so they arrive in like-new condition. We do all dry cleaning and repairs in our state of the art facility to ensure the highest quality.
If the item is damaged beyond repair or never returned, you will be charged the retail price of the item. If you notice damage/stain in the product when receiving it, you can report the damage within 24 hours. We will refund the order or replace the product (according to your preferences).
Unhappy with the product? Would like to return? Not a problem. Contact us within 3 days from receiving the product. We'll schedule a pickup for you and will refund you. Shipping fees (25 ILS) will be offset from the total refund. We will not accept a used product.
